Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We are happy to accept returns for any reason if you are not satisfied with the product, or simply changed your mind.
We will refund the item as soon as it arrives to the return address as per the instructions below.
There is a restocking charge of 15% for items returned in original unused condition, higher for returns that are late, opened, used, damaged or missing parts. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the product condition once it is received. We will communicate our decision with you via email.
15 days after receiving the product to change your mind: You have 15 days after you receive the product (confirmed in the tracking details by the shipping company) to request a return or refund of an unused product.
- RMA: To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please specify if you would like a refund or an exchange. The RMA contains the below two sections:
- The Return Mailing Label is a label that contains the address of the fulfillment center that will be receiving and processing the return. Please affix the label on the return package to return. Note: Postage is not provided on the return mailing letter. You are responsible for return shipment costs.
- The Return Authorization Slip is a form that contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items.
- Return tracking number: It is important that once you ship the returned product to us, you send us the tracking number so we can track it coming in and the refund process can be made faster. If you don’t provide a tracking number, this could cause delays or products lost.
- 15 days to ship the return: After we have authorized the return and provided you with the return mailing label and return authorization slip, you have 15 days to ship the product and provide us with the return shipment tracking number.
Defective or Damaged Products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return, refund or exchange.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 2-3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds can take up 10 business days to be credited back to you. We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange has been processed.
